1. Log in at http://cmf.3dresearch.com (in the upper right corner under "Check your e-mail:") or at http://webmail.3dresearch.com

2. Click "Options".

3. Select your time zone in the "International" section. If, for example, you are in the Eastern Time Zone, select -5, if you are in California, select -8.

4. Click the "Apply" button to save your settings.
