1. Log in at http://cmf.3dresearch.com (in the upper right corner under "Check your e-mail:") or at http://webmail.3dresearch.com

2. Click "Options".

3. Click "Identities" under "Preferences".

4. Enter your name and e-mail address. Enter an e-mail address in the "Reply-To" box only if you want replies sent to a different address than the one you entered in the "Email" field.

5. Check the "Set to default" box and click "Add".
