In the main menu bar choose "Tools" -> "Account settings...".

The "Account Setup" window pops up: Click "Add account".

The "New Account Setup" window appears: Choose "E-mail account" and click "Next".

The "Identity" window appears: Enter your name and e-mail address and click "Next".

The "Server Information" window appears: Choose "IMAP" and click "Next" (see also: POP3 or IMAP?)

In the "Incoming Server" field enter

imap.3dresearch.com

and in the "Outgoing Server" field enter

vmail.3dresearch.com

and click "Next".

The "User Names" window appears: Enter your username both in the "Incoming User Name" and "Outgoing User Name" fields. Your "Incoming User Name" and "Outgoing User Name" are the same. Click "Next".

The "Account Name" window appears and your e-mail address is filled in "Account name" field. This field is not used by your computer or by the mail server; it's only for the purpose of identifying your e-mail account.
