In the main menu bar choose Tools -> E-mail Accounts... and select "Add a new e-mail account", then click "Next".

Choose "IMAP" and click "Next" (see also: POP3 or IMAP?)

Enter your name and e-mail address in the "User Information" section. Enter your username and password in the "Logon Information" section. In the "Incoming mail server (IMAP)" field enter

imap.3dresearch.com

and in the "Outgoing mail server (SMTP)" field enter

vmail.3dresearch.com

and click "More settings..."

Choose the "Outgoing server" tab, check the box "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and choose the option "Use same settings as my incoming mail server"

Choose the "Advanced" tab, and set the "Outgoing server (SMTP)" port to

Click OK, then once back in the Internet E-mail Settings window click the "Next" button then click "Finish" in the next window.
