Problems with your Inernet connection or setup may prevent you from logging in your mailbox. Check these:

• Is your Internet connection working (can your browse web pages)?

• Can you log in using the 3D RESEARCH WebMail Interface?

• Check the spelling of your username and password: Both are case sensitive.

• Check the correct setup of your e-mail software.
