Eudora: Open the email by double clicking on the subject line. Click the blah blah blah button to reveal the headers.

Microsoft Outlook: Open the message in a separate window (double click) -> Click View -> Select Options... -> The message headers appear in the Internet headers window.

Microsoft Outlook Express: Open the message in a separate window (double click) -> Click File -> Properties -> Click the Details tab -> The message headers appear in the Internet headers for this message window.

Mozilla: Open the message in a separate window (double click) -> Click View -> Message source.
