1. Click "Folder contents".

2. Click "New...".

3. Select "Image" from the list.

4. Give an ID to your image. The ID is the name used by the server to save the image you are about to upload. Use only letters, numbers, and the characters - and _ in IDs. Avoid spaces and special characters.

5. On the next page enter the title of the image. Optionally you can enter a short description of the image. Click "Change & Edit".

6. On the next page click "Browse" to select the image from your computer, then click "Change and View" - your image is being uploaded now. Keep in mind that large images may take some time to upload.
